This is an agency which provides food stamps, cash benefits, Medicaid and Emergency Assistance to families who have little or no income.

A 24 hour confidential help-line that connects callers to information about critical health and human services available in their community. It serves as a resource for finding government benefits and services, nonprofit organizations, support groups, volunteer opportunities, donation programs, and other local resources.

A nationwide program that provides older Americans with nutritious meals and safety checks at little to no cost.

Nonprofit multi-service center with numerous services and programs in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, child care/Head Start, crisis intervention, criminal justice and re-entry programs, employment and adult education, energy and financial assistance, housing and nutrition.

Southborough Senior Center (508) 229-4453
The Center offers an array of activities, classes, trips and events for every level of activity.
Health screening and consulting are available with a Registered Nurse. Outreach services are provided to seniors in need, vulnerable, or isolated. Hot meals are served for lunch each day. Call for info. Fuel assistance provided for residents 60 and older.

Southborough Youth & Family Services (508) 481-5676
A community resource, designed to offer guidance when families are in need or in crisis.
They provide counseling, education, preventative and community programs and youth activities. They also coordinate a campership program. They provide fuel assistance for residents under 60.
